Job Description
As a Lead Associate, you'll be at the core of Amazon's fastest delivery operation, enhancing customer shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the rest of the team
Manage operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises following the Regional Area Manager guidance
Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized workspace
Provide ongoing training in areas including system and equipment knowledge, quality training, and general operations
Role Requirements & Qualifications
At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States
Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Able to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
