Job Description
The Manager, Project Management sits on the Business Integration team within U.S. National Operations, guiding complex, restaurant-impacting initiatives from intake and concept through testing, approval, readiness, deployment, and stabilization across the U.S. system.
Key Responsibilities
Guide complex, restaurant-impacting work end-to-end from intake through deployment and stabilization
Lead governance pathways and ensure decisions are supported by evidence and stakeholder alignment
Build and maintain integrated plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, approvals, testing, training, and communications
Evaluate sequencing, cumulative impact, execution risk, and calendar congestion to simplify solutions
Role Requirements & Qualifications
Previous Project Management experience required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives across the full lifecycle
Experience designing, operating, or navigating stage-gate, portfolio, or executive decision processes
