Job Description
Working at the Front Desk means you are THE hub of hotel activity and manage more guest interactions than any other member of the staff. We are looking for people that have a passion for excellent customer care; this position is extremely hands on, providing public area cleaning and laundry support while covering the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
Promptly and effectively manage guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner
Post guest charges, collect payments and follow all cash handling procedures
Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance
Role Requirements & Qualifications
Marriott experience preferred
Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers)
Be a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns
