Job Description
Chipotle is growing fast and needs leaders to grow with it. General Managers lead from the front: hiring and developing great people, building a winning culture, and running a strong business at the Charleston restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and hiring, people processes and performance management
Be accountable for the day-to-day operational business of the restaurant, including scheduling, P&L control, and sales forecasting
Be accountable for overall financial success of the restaurant, achieving annual sales and cash flow plan
Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards and ensure the dining room remains clean and guest-ready
Role Requirements & Qualifications
Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
Ability to stand and walk around the restaurant for 10 hours a day and lift 50 lbs.
Work a schedule that includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts
